Imprinted Apparel Store

Up until recently if someone wanted a photo on a t-shirt they had to go someplace where they had a camera and special equipment designed for creating photo transfers. But now with personal computers, scanners, digital cameras and ink jet printers, the process has been simplified and become more commonplace. Since we currently have most of the components to this process available at our disposal we added this service to expand our product line and increase customer service. In case you don't know about this process, or how it can be used as a unique and special gift, we have listed the steps involved so that you can learn more about what we do. Hopefully this will also spark your imagination with respect to how you can use this product.
 Step 1
Scan Photograph - The first step in putting a photo on a t-shirt or mouse pad is to take the photo and scan it into a computer. Once scanned, the photo can be modified using special software for optimal output onto photo transfer paper and ultimately a t-shirt or mouse pad. During the modification process we can even add text and additional graphics to the photo to create even a more unique and special product.

 Step 2
Output The Design - After making all of our modifications we are ready to print our design onto special photo transfer paper using an ink jet printer. After printing the design we wait a few minutes for the ink to dry and then we are ready to apply the transfer onto a t-shirt or mouse pad.
Step 3
Transfer Design - In order to apply the design to the t-shirt or mouse pad we need a source of heat. There are two types of heat sources we can use. The first is an average everyday run of the mill clothing iron. This is how most people apply these transfers at home but to get the best quality and durability it is best to use a special heat transfer press. A heat transfer press applies even pressure and heat providing the best method of application. It is also the fastest application method.
